Below is the Chart of Tejashwi Yadav, based on information available on internet, birth day (9 November 1989) is correct but birth time i am not sure.

I will use the technique discussed above, his Name starts with “Te” which is signfied by Libra rashi.

We will read the chart from Libra as ascendant.

Libra has Sun, Mars and Mercury. Sun is having Neech bhanga as Mars (lord of exaltation sign of Sun) is Conjunct Sun.

Now, there is technique in astrology in which we take each house of chart as 1year of life, 1st house will show 1, 13, 25, 37, 49, 61 year of life.

5th house is the house of power, position.

1st house is 5th from 9th house of Father.

In 1st house there is strong Neech bhanga Raj yoga which means his father will take up/rise to some prominent position within 1st year of his birth.

Mr. Lalu Prasaad Yadav become Chief Minister of Bihar in March 1990 within 1st year of Tejashwi Yadav.

You can also use this technique even if birth time is correct as first letter of your name tells which rashi is strong in your chart.
